"Do not stay here!"

Hotel is extremely dated, should have been updated 15 years ago. A horrible night of sleep for both my wife and I. Bathroom was dirty (toothpaste spots on the sink faucet). Bed was very hard and felt like sleeping on springs. No support from the pillows. If the wife and I weren’t so tired I would have asked for a refund and found other accommodation’s.

"Clean and Professional"

We were greeted at 11 pm by the front desk staff member who was waiting for us. She was professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was plenty of parking too. We were grateful that there were lysol wipes available at the elevator, too.

I was pleased we selected this hotel for our Thanksgiving visit with family. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to me and my elderly parents. We also brought our (not so small) 7 mo old puppy and they didn’t bat an eye (as long as he stayed away from the food areas). East peasy!

Gentleman at the front desk was excellent. changed our room when we told him the sink did not drain. Great list of dining options was very helpful. Will highly reccomend to people to stay there if they are going to the Ark Encounter.
