"Dirty"

Filthy hotel. I checked out after I seen my room. Was suspect after I walked in and seen how dirty everything is. They are going to remodel in the fall though

They no call no showed before I could check in and charged me and sold my room off leaving me without a room at midnight with 2 kids and a baseball tournament the next morning at 7am

"Reasonable hotel, not like it used to be"

The thermostat in the room did not function well. The AC was much cooler than the set temperature. The heating was at the set temperature. Both functions were used on the trip. The bed and pillows were very soft. The bathroom had a repair for the toilet paper holder that was not completed - the hole was filled however not sanded. The water from the shower went rather far from the drain. This was an accessible room so some water was expected on the floor, not the amount that was soaked up by 3 towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold food. The coffee station was available all day and night. Overall, it seems the quality of the hotel has decreased over the past years as this is not the first time here.
