Extended Stay America Suites - Baltimore - BWI Airport - Aero Dr

Smoke alarm kept going off upon entry, staff member was not very helpful due to having no knowledge of anything other than informing her manager of our concerns, previous attendants smoked in room and tampered with smoke alarm, elevator was inoperable, and someone HAULKED a big glob on spit in the stairwell that we had to use to travel to and from 1st and 2nd floor.

the boy and lady was nice in the office

crack valves all over the ground, paid $700 to stay here for 5 days, THEN weekend comes and we get called at 7am telling us we can’t get the room another night they are booked up because they’re rates doubled for the weekend, found roaches in the dresser, went to get a cart bc the elevator was broke and a guest got mad i wasn’t getting it in my room fast enough he shoved the cart with me holding it in my doorway, our keycards never worked, we got locked out our room for 2 hours they didn’t have the tools to fix our door so i stood in the HOT hallway while my fiancé went to get him tools out our car LUCKILY we had them, rooms weren’t cleaned unless you stayed 14 days how gross is that?, saw a fight in the parking lot the day we were told we had to leave, someone’s cat along with its liter was in the hallway all spilled the list goes on. Horrific stay it took me a couple days to gather my info and pictures but seriously not going back there again!

the key cards NEVER WORKED says breakfast but if you aren’t up super early everything will be gone by 8am the shower handle fell off everytime if you shut the bathroom door it automatically locks tv remote had no back batteries never stayed in walls are thin you hear everything going on around you elevator didn’t work

Ok but not as clean as I would like. Upon arrival, front desk staff advised me that they no longer had my room available and that they had no other vacancies. I advised him that I was quite upset and disappointed & I did not know how they rented my room out. He then stated to me that he had 1 room possibly left with a damaged door lock so I took it since it was at the last minute and I was extremely exhausted after working 24hrs. Well from.the inside, the door locked fine. This property needs some work, some TLC and some deep cleaning and also the weed smell was also quite Annoying!! Overall 5 out of 10.

The room was very upsetting
