The room had no cable tv and there was trash left over from the last guest. I also noticed the phone wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t hear anybody unless it was on speaker. This isn’t good if there’s a emergency situation.

I didn’t like being kicked out because of an incident that happened separate from my understanding of what happened. I also don’t like being treated like a price tag the lady on the costumer service line was rude she said h ok e long have you been staying on our property but then she shrugged it off like it’s not a big deal
