Everything was good. No complains regarding location

Horrible we got charged 100 dollars each even tho we did nothing every hockey team did even tho we did nothing because 1 team broke 1 cart we had multiple rooms and got charged multiple times even though no one sleeps in the one room and some people with no kids at all were charged in total they charged us over $1000 because something we didn’t do they also never cleaned are rooms when we asked place is nasty

Rooms are run down and dirty. Pretty sure there was dry blood on the bed quilt. Furniture is falling apart. Talked to the front desk and they were rude and didn’t care. Didn’t expect much at breakfast, but it was probably the worst food I have ever come across for a hotel breakfast.

One of my worst experiences. I stayed for three days and the hotel would not clean rooms even when requested. The front desk worker was harassing to my children and charged every single room additional fee for noise that was never communicated to me. My teenage kids were not allowed to use the gym or pool without me being there. The breakfast was terrible and was empty mostly. We paid for a room to visit in to be sensitive to others and this room was charged as well with no mention of anything. The male working the desk was then rude and accused me of hiding out drinking to avoid him. I am 47 years old and did not hide from anything. The only explanation was that they seen that my kids play hockey so they were fining everyone who plays hockey. I am an EV car owner and there are destination chargers available but only in the handi spots. I was assured if I charged there and someone needed the spot they had my cell number to call me. When asked why this number was not called if there were complaints the desk had zero explamation. The beds were uncomfortable and one of my children got a rash and some type of bites from the hide a bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is not okay with surprise charges.

Location

Bathroom sink was plugged—slow drain. Room was not cleaned after 1st night. Electrical plug-in’s did not work. When I asked why my room was not cleaned—attendee said only on 3rd day it will be cleaned. I only stayed 2 nights!

It was a good breakfast, nothing fancy.

We stayed on the street side of the hwy. It was loud. Although you can't do much about location.

The bed was comfortable.

Cramped, no closet, awkward getting in shower and no place to put anything. The phone was disconnected and we couldn’t figure out how to use the remote. The small TV was in an awkward location for both people to watch easily.
