We had a nice big colorful & comfortable room, great breakfast with calming atmosphere, nice location to train & bus station, and to downtown harbor activities & restaurants, and friendly staff.

Great location, just a short walk from the harbour and museums. Staff were efficient and the room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We booked a superior room which had extra space which we appreciated. Other nice touches were the ice machines on each floor, luggage storage and the provision of a plug adaptor when I discovered I had left mine at home. Breakfast was exceptional- a huge variety of choices, very nicely presented. The freshly made pancakes were a lovely treat.

Pillows in the rooms were very soft - perhaps other options could be made available. The bath towels were quite small and felt rough to use. We would have appreciated something softer.

Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean

It was very noisy with guests slamming doors and shouting during the early hours of the morning.
