"It was underwhelming."

The lobby was big and nice.

Only one elevator was working. The hotel has 10 floors. So it was a lot of waiting around for the elevator. In addition only about 6 people could fit comfortably without luggage. So we had to wait for several passes before we could get on. We were given breakfast vouchers. There was no real organization and we sat for about 20 minutes and watched one person try to take orders, get orders, refill drinks, and charge people. She never came to our table, so we left. And our room was a bit dirty. We found about 5 rubber bands on the floor. The fridge wasn’t cleaned out. And there were bug carcasses in the drawer.

Did not have breakfast. Wish it was complimentary. 😉 Complimentary coffee was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel had an air of cleanliness and quality. Price was lower than other nearby hotels. Only drawback, which others had commented on, was highway noise. Although it really didn’t keep us from sleeping soundly!

Would have liked complimentary continental breakfast. If rooms could be more soundproof, that would be great. Not just from outside noise but between adjacent rooms. Maybe a lot to ask, but perhaps for future builds, this could be kept in mind.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very nice and professional staff

We should have considered before we booked about the proximity of busy I-81 to this and several other motels nearby. We are not used to semi-truck noise and our first night it was a bit difficult to sleep well. However, the staff was very quick to help us move to a different floor, further away from the interstate. It helped, but there was still traffic noise. We are just not used to that. Otherwise, it is a wonderful motel!

The breakfast and the staff was awesome. The place was very clean. The only complaint I have was the pillows...they were awful. Bed was great, pillows were not.
