Hotel-Restaurant Maas

Great hotel & local institution in the Eifel region. Free parking lot. The hotel is very clean and well managed. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Bathroom had great lighting and large shower with more than enough hot water. We had a view to the rear of the hotel where the sunset was stunning! The restaurant on site is popular in the area, weekends may need a reservation to be safe. Locally brewed Bitburger on tap! A large spread of breakfast in the morning along with a bakery next door. A small grocery store is just up the street, Edeka along with a small Getränkemarkt/ drinks market down the street behind it. All within short walking distance if needed.

Euro/ German pillows: very large lightly stuffed squares which you typically fold in half for support. I use a nearly flat pillow at home and still have to fold these in two. Both coffee machines at breakfast were filled with freeze dried instant coffee...

Amazing friendly and helpful staff!!! Was happy to answer all questions and were very welcoming even when we arrived super late and with a dog.
