The Resthouse

Nice location with a sea view, easy parking front of the building.

The apartment is slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with full-size refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc. The sea view is very good with morning sun over the water. We weren't sure about the neighborhood at first, very quiet, but no restaurants or shops. Then we discovered within a 10 minute walk everything we needed, beach, shops, restaurants, stores. The free street parking fills up, but we always found a spot reasonably close. We were happy with our stay!

Water pressure is a bit low in the shower, but not a problem. Everything else was fine.

Spotlessly clean

Located close to the beach with great views of the ocean and a tastefully furnished apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The property owner was very responsive as well.

From the moment we entered the apartment we felt just like at home. We had all the necessities to cook, a comfortable bed, a living room, a great terrace with an amazing view to the sea, and a big bathroom. All squeaky clean. The building complex was well managed, had an elevator (apartment is on the 8th floor), and a coffee bar on the ground level. Just one km away from the highway, a good place to explore the island from. Las Caletillas is such a nice place, very good restaurants on the sea side and local cute bars near the apartment complex just made it cozy. We felt very welcome, also very good communication with the host. I would come back there for sure.

Very clean, close to the sea the view was amazing and the pool was open till 10 pm which definitely was a plus!! Very modern and it was easy to fin the bus station

The beach is not adequate for swimming

This apartment was fantastic light spacious spotless clean had everything anyone could possibly need on vacation the sea view was fantastic and what can I say about the pool it was fantastic. I would recommend this apartment to anyone 10/10 I look forward to returning some time ..the host is superb and very easily contacted and goes above and beyond

We would recommend everyone to get this apartment, we had everything that we needed, we enjoyed 🥰

The spectacular view is amazing and so relaxing The house was really clean and with a very good taste of design. The host is so kind and nice too!
