Extended Stay America Suites - St Louis - St Peters

Just the coffee, and that was reaching!

The trash could and been taken out left from the prior guest(s). The hallway reeked of cat pee, The hallway carpets looked dirty and stained throghout. I believe I was charged more than promised. The place looked like a medium level homeless shelter. Overall, disgusting---will never stay there nor any Extended Stay American Suite. OMG, I've seen better 3rd world country hotels/suites.

I like the set up of the room and the price.

Für einen Kurzstop in Ordnung. Es war sauber und das Personal bemüht. Ein Frühstück im normalen Sinn gibt es aber nicht. Der Kaffee im Durchgang zur Ein-/Ausgangstüre war bereits leer und wurde erst nachgefüllt. Aus Pappbechern, dazu abgepackte Fertig-Muffin im Stehen. Sprich, Verbesserunsfähig.

Elevator was broken, that should have been a sign, not to mention the smell. It smelled so bad of pot that it made me sick. The room smelled like mold, so the combo was way too much. I went right down and demanded my reservation to be canceled. Extremely disappointing! I’m a pretty laid back person, but that “hotel” was absolutely ridiculous!

We booked and paid for our stay and when we got there we were told there was no rooms left and that the only room that was free was not cleaned. We were told we would have to find our another place to stay but it was after 11pm so we had to sleep in our car. I called the hotel switchboard to ask for a refund and we were told we would get a full refund within the week. Well 3 weeks went by and no refund. We had to call again and ask again. This time our money was refunded. Would not recommend staying at this place. They do not take care of you - the customer.
