The hotel is near the railway track, so it's very noisy

Very clean and comfortable and easy access from the Amtrak and the capitol. Room felt fresh and the staff is very kind and helpful. I was able to print a few things as well. The building is old like everything around here but very comfortable

Common areas were unkept, dirty and trash bins overflowing. My neighbors were living in room next to me long term.

Location is excellent. A lot of parking space available. Staff welcoming and friendly. We were two couples and rented two rooms. One was absolutely fine, old-fashion decoration but clean. The other room had an unpleasant smell that I couldn't recognise. The vinyl flooring was poorly installed; water filtered down from mopping and it goes out again when walking around so the floor got quite messy very quickly. The building is quite abandoned. There was a box with naloxone in the hallway, makes me wonder what goes on in there. I wouldn't stay there again.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was visible mold in the bathroom, the bed sheets were dirty, and the paint on the walls was peeling. To make matters worse, the noise from nearby train tracks continued throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. I would not recommend this hotel to others until significant improvements are made.

General housekeeping was subpar. The present owners are making good efforts. There are no on-site dining options. The property is close to the Amtrak tracks and is definitely not sound-proof. Guest clothes washing facilities were out of order.

Excellent staff courtesy! Felt very welcomed there, and staff accommodation is great! Would highly recommended to others
