Excelente localização. Rua calma e tranquila.

The staff are exceptional, genuinely warm, accommodating, and hospitable in a way that feels rare. They moved my check-in from 2pm to 12pm without hesitation, fulfilled every request promptly, and offered a great rate when I extended to a third night. The hotel is also spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Rooms are a decent size and location is convenient if you have business nearby or want easy access to El Corte Inglés.

The hotel is dated and could use a refresh as aesthetically it hasn’t kept up. There was also a strong artificial vanilla scent in the room on arrival that I found overpowering. Most significantly, the bathroom door handle fell off on my last night, leaving me locked inside for 30 minutes with no cell service. I had to text a friend abroad to call the front desk since everyone I knew in Portugal were asleep. The night manager came quickly, but the only acknowledgment at check-out the next morning was a “sorry” - no gesture, no service recovery. That’s not the standard you’d expect from a 4 star property that otherwise prides itself on hospitality.

La ubicación es muy buena, muchos cafes y mercados. El personal muy amable y la limpieza excelente.
