The staff... Brilliant! The beds as well. Generally, it was a very clean hotel.

Not much space in the bathroom and floor very wet after shower

Shower, poor. very slippery bath floor and nothing to hold onto. No soap in dispenser and despite informing the staff, it was never filled up (asked three times and then gave up.) Very poor feeble air conditioning.

As above, plus breakfast was poor. Also, what is the point of advertising a room as having tea and coffee making facilities, but there being no milk and no tea? Again, reception, had no idea what we were talking about. Reception, also no information about the city.
