"Bad service."

Building needs remodeling, bad service and continental breakfast is extremely poor. They didn't even have sugar for coffee

The location and friendliness of the staff.

The room and hallways and elevator were dirty. Towel rack was falling off the wall. Very dirty floor.

Staff was nice, and they try to keep place up.

Can't see how they call what ever that was breakfast, and coffee was like water and no sugar. Please do better.
