I would choose a different location. Staff was nice but place is unkept. The staff was very nice but at the end of the day I understand it’s just a. Job and most do the bare minimum.

Rooms were very large and spacious, we had a great living room area. Breakfast was of great quality and hot things were hot and cold things were cold. The pool is much larger than many hotel pools, especially getting near the city like this; this pool area is dated and could use a refresh. Oh, and pool towels were large! I nice little bonus. There is no hot tub. The hotel is very conveniently located off of interstate (was a perfect one night stay getting in late for us, and then into the city the next morning). I don't think our room had either a fridge or a microwave; not entirely sure. If that is important, be sure to check details closely for your selected room.

Very comfortable and clean atmosphere. the staff were very responsive to anything we needed. The bathrooms were clean the room was clean the beds were comfortable. I liked the bar and and slot machines to just unwind and relax after a long day in the city.

The TV is from the 90s and not functional at all. There are holes on the blackout curtain. Walls are paper thin. I can hear people talking in the hall way constantly. The bathroom is so small that I am barely able to close the door...Breakfast has less choices than normal. Fruit are frozen and not sure it is edible. This is probably the most out dated Hyatt place/house I have ever stayed in.

Strategically placed at the Greenspoint Office park, the Hyatt Place is one of the several hotels that surround the office complex. An older facility with some wear and tear that is to be rectified with the renovation planned with pictures of the mock-up in the lobby. Despite the wear and tear expected with a high volume business Hotel, the value of the hotel compared to the others in the immediate area is great. The gym needs to be updated and the pool needs to be heated are my biggest complaints if any. I stayed here for a month or two while I waited for my house to be completed. Vanetta, Magdalena & Fatima have all been great and have taken care of myself and my father when we have an issue or need something. If I have any visitors for business I'd recommend this one above the others in the immediate area.

This is, without a doubt, the worst property I have encountered across the Hyatt, Marriott, and IHG networks. The management at this location is failing fundamentally on multiple fronts: • Safety Hazards: The entrance was blocked by staff vehicles (including an older Mercedes E-Class) parked against traffic for unloading. More concerningly, the hallways and exit paths were obstructed by piles of debris and boxes, posing a severe fire safety risk. • Facility Neglect: The elevators are in disrepair; buttons are non-functional or physically displaced. The elevator inspection certificate appeared to be four years out of date. • Hygiene & Maintenance: Common areas and stairwells are littered with trash. The hallways have a persistent foul odor, and my room’s bedsheets had large, permanent stains. This property functions more like a neglected roadside motel than a Hyatt. Immediate corporate intervention or a change in management is required to bring this hotel up to brand standards.

I like how accommodating they are. Very attentive to making sure your stay is amazing. The pool was clean and warm, the rooms were very nice and clean.
