I arrived at the accommodation at 2pm the check-in system does not work totally untrained and inexperienced staff one of the people who dealt with customers was unable to do any check-in without the help of a third person I had the accommodation booked and paid for a year ago in a private double room, instead I received a 6-bed prison cell, not ventilated, full of dust and dirt on the floor, no bed linen and no towels in the bathroom I asked the reception staff how this could be possible dry and nonchalant answer, there are no more rooms according to my reservation and they gave me bed linen to make do with. in other words, stay or go, the money is collected the most terrible adventure with accommodation in a European capital

The location was perfect, based on that I would recommend it to everyone. And stuff was really nice.

Small room, we could barely walk or move, not like in photos, window can’t open and it is tinted, so u can’t see outside. Toilet was good, but issue is there was no closet to put our clothes there. Water disappeared at some nights, so we couldn’t wash our hands or shower, noice was big from the fan in the toilet or other people from other rooms (paper like walls). Breakfast was basic, most of the time half of the food would be gone in the first 45 minutes and pancake machine didn’t work 3/5 days, and 1/5 days it was kinda working i guess (at least food should be guaranteed, when you payed for it…).
