"Vehicle got broken into! No help or anything from Comfort Inn."

Our vehicle was broken into, window completely smashed. They couldn't show us security footage and were not much help to get police. No one could give me the manager or owners number or email. Just gave me the front desk. Been 4 days since I reached out to the main page and still nothing. This was terrible it cut our trip short with a day to scramble and get the window replaced before we could go on. My kids were super excited for this trip and this is how we get treated as your guests, dont care

Clean and comfortable. Had a very late night check in due to a flight that had to divert, so did not get much sleep before required check out time. Staff did allow me an extra 2 hours checkout time.

Convenient to wear my ultimate destination was.

One of the rooms smelled terrible like marijuana. They did change our room but then on different floors. The comfort Inn Pacific Auburn was much nicer hotel
