Comfort Inn Auburn - Seattle

Stayed on the 2nd floor. Construction on 3rd floor. Banging, booming, loud noises at 8 A.M! 8 A.M! While I understand the updating on a hotel, you still have guest arriving and trying to sleep on Christmas night and following morning. We PAY you to sleep in a quiet room. Front desk giving false reasons etc. We had booked this room a week in advance. They should of given us a different area of the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be contacting the franchise Do not stay here. You will be woken up with there very inconsiderate ways. Poor management

Clean and friendly staff

The property was easy to find, and I liked that there were several highly rated restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. The room was clean. I only wish the chair had been a different style and a bit more comfortable for me. The bed was good, and the staff at the front desk were excellent.

It wasn’t something about the property itself that I disliked, but early in the morning there was a lot of noise—likely from the staff preparing breakfast—which woke me up.

A little off the beaten path, but ok with GPS. No sugar-free syrup for diabetics. Limited breakfast items, but what they had was very good.

Was not able to register and give me a room due to a glitch between their computer system and booking.com. Needless to say, I did not get a room even though I paid for it in advance.
