I stayed at this hotel on November 4th, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading — the lobby was in disarray with torn wallpaper, exposed bolts, and an overall neglected appearance. The first room we were given had garbage on the floor, trash tucked against the furniture, and a strong odor. When we checked the beds, we found large urine stains and what appeared to be blood stains on the mattresses. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for anyone to appear at the front desk, we were moved to another room that was just as bad — dirty, with a broken hair dryer glued together and a coffee pot that shorted out when plugged in. The hot tub area was unusable, filled with discarded mattresses and box springs, and there were blood drops down the hallway. The hotel also appeared to have long-term residents and suspicious activity at night, which made it feel unsafe. We were promised a refund due to the conditions, but only received a small portion back. The entire experience was unacceptable — unsafe, unsanitary, and not at all as advertised. I would strongly advise avoiding this property until it undergoes a complete renovation and management change.

It was dirty as there was hair in the tub and the light fixture above the sink was not clean and it was hanging down mix match lamps the the remote to the TV backing was missing and you could not turn the TV on and off with the remote. Nothing was plugged in the carpet was filthy. The lighting was very very poorly lit. I would not advise anybody to stay there you had to ask for extra towels and take your towels to them. There was no Pay for no pen. Nothing to write with in the room all around stay was not good I would not ever go back to them again.

My family and I are relocating to the Seattle area from Utah. We had been traveling for almost 18 hours and were in dire need of a good nights rest, shower, etc. I had some trouble booking the room online but it seemed like a decent place from the photos and the price was right so we decided to simply drive straight there and book a room as a walk in. We finally arrived around 9 or 10 pm and went to the office to book a room. Very quickly the price of the room changed from $65 to $110 a night because we were walk ins and clearly exhausted so you could tell the front desk staff was taking advantage of the situation. We reluctantly booked the room and started moving our suit cases into the room. It became clear that this hotel was what I have come to expect from Wyndham hotels, It was not very clean, is located behind a noisy crappy little casino, right next to a small airport, and none of us felt very safe or secure. The TV didn't work, the ice machine didn't work (you had to go the front desk and have the staff on duty pour ice out of a bag), the hair dryer appeared to have previously been on fire or shorted out, and the list goes on. Bottom line is, this hotel should probably be torn down, shut down, or at the very least subject to a safety inspection. I would not recommend my worst enemy stay here, it's simply not worth it when there are so many other options and for a better price.

Good stay but shower curtain in poor repair. Some black mold on walls due to some kind of exterior water damage. Surfaces in room look worn.
