Accessibility and cleanliness as well as the friendly staff.

I enjoyed the breakfast but was sad to see that the traditional chilaquiles were not offered despite being in El Paso. A city known for great Mexican food.

The front staff was nice and understanding.

There were cockroaches in tje room when we walked in. And getting g a refund has been a horrible experience.
