Although the staff was helpful and courteous especially the shuttle drivers, the hotel rooms need updated. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated, the toilet was extremely low and there was a whole in the wall where the shower hung out. Definitely felt the room was overpriced even considering all the events of that particular weekend.(04/05-04/08)

"Clean property with Airport shuttle and superior hospitality"

First time in Cleveland and booked this hotel due to having an airport shuttle. The front desk is super accommodating and the shuttle arrived quickly. If you're renting a car, you can have the shuttle take you there. Very hospitable staff and the rooms are clean. The indoor pool is absolutely spotless as well. There was one issue that came up during the stay that was rectified by the manager. Desmond listened to the concern and handled it professionally. Thank you for a memorable stay!
