Hampton Inn Elkhart

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! What started off as a routine two-night stay ended up in an unexpected week-long stay for us. The staff was so wonderful and kind to us and very willingly and kindly helped us extend our stay, pretty much day-by-day, because we were not sure how long we would actually need to stay. We got to know several of the staff members, including Carlee and Christina, and they were so kind and helpful. We had contact with several other staff members who were wonderful, both at the desk and the breakfast area, but I did not catch everyone's names. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and coffee was always ready. They even had fresh cookies in the afternoons/evenings. Everything was sparkling clean, from the rooms, the breakfast areas, to the outdoor area. Beds are also very comfortable. This hotel location is also very close to many restaurants, some even walking distance, including Cracker Barrel and Perkins. It's also very convenient and right off the toll road for those traveling that way. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the location and pool

I did not like that the staff aloud someone to give my information about me to get into my room and disturb my peace for the night.

We came for a FUNEral from NYC NY We were tired and sad Robyn (robin?) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome arriving a little too early She put out cookies and made fresh coffee and made us feel cared for All the staff was amazing Providing water and fever relief in the middle of the night xtra blanket Just really the humanity of your staff made all the difference during this very difficult time Thank you We will always stay here when we return Emily Fulton Myers

It was pretty clean.

Well, they had a construction and it was a little bit messy on the first floor but they are trying to improve the hotel.

The breakfast options are limited (no gluten-free options) and there were no herbal teas.

Front desk staff was nice good breakfast in the morning it's nice when you get coffee and cookies all night

Bed was super comfy and staff was nice

Reason we got a room was to get away and sit in the hot tub and the hot tub was down

Breakfast was great

The pool needs a lil attention n hot tub but other then that it was great
