Great location and superb breakfast

I had a small singles room and was one of the most uncomfortable bed I have ever used , leading to poor sleep.

Location was excellent however there was a strike and the hotel only informed us on the day of the arrival. By then it was impossible to change our hotel. So there was no Cleaning for the days we were there which was really awful and the restaurants were closed. I do understand as this was a strike the hotel could not do anything. A note of aapology or some sort of reimbursement for our inconvenience would have been appreciated.

We checked out of this hotel exactly 10 minutes after arriving. The room was incredibly suffocating and had a terrible, foul smell. When we asked for a room change, the staff denied it due to "full occupancy," leaving us with no choice but to walk out and pay extra to find a liveable hotel nearby. The hotel is now refusing to issue a refund, despite us not even staying there. A completely unfair and unprofessional establishment that profits off unlivable rooms.
