Quality Inn & Suites near Panama City Beach

The best part of my stay was the hotel clerk that checked me in & the room was t a 5 star but it worked for the few hours of sleep that I was there.

People are very unfriendly and cursed at us for asking for a receipt. This was a business trip and needed a copy receipt for my records. Then at check out the guy chased out to the parking lot f bombing etc. real class act- NOT! the room was not too bad, but a lot of noise and loud guests all hours plus noisy traffic. If you expect a good nights sleep, don’t stay here.

Was very clean and amenities were exceptional, however the king size bed was not comfortable

The tub was full of hair, and the sink was filthy.

There were hookers walking around the parking lot, only one of three light switches worked in the whole room, one of which was broken. Mold growing in the shower, holes all in the mattresses that look like there from the 80's. Plught in the wall filled with paint so you can't plug anything in. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Stay far far FAR AWAY!!!

My wife and I arrived May 11, 2020 and found the front desk staff courteous and friendly. Our non-smoking room, however stank of cigarettes and body odor. We learned they did not and do not change sheets until asked. We also had to ask to have the garbage picked up that was strewn in front of our door and they never did move the garbage can that was less than three feet from our door. One night around 8 PM we had to wait a half hour in the car to enter our room. There was a large half dressed man hanging outside our door (at the bottom of outside steps) with a 150 lb pit bull tugging at his leash. We were happy to leave this hotel and will never come back.

Worst hotel we ever stayed at. The floors were dirty with dust and dirty like no one swept or mop. The bed comforter was stained and had glitter inside the sheet from someone else sleeping in it. The bathroom light didn’t work either. The bathroom toilet was stained and dirty. We found roaches in the room and the bathroom as well. The lamps were covered in what look mold too and had rust.

Super dirty room. The floors in bathroom and toilet were stained. There was roaches in there. And our bed sheets were stained !!! The AC buttons were broken, and the lock on the front door was broken as well. The half the lights weren’t working in the room. It was really dirty room and cheaply made.
