That is was close to anything you need including freeway

We have a service dog, I called and even let them know. At first the check in was great. Later we had went out for dinner and came back, the lady at the front desk was super rude to us. When we came back in with the service dog she started to yell at us in front of other customers about having a dog. I had to tell her that it was a service animal, and that we are already checked in and the paperwork is done Then she proceeded to say that dogs weren’t allowed, and we continued to walk to the room. she was very rude and had embarrassed my boyfriend that has the service animal. The next day I went to use one of the bath towels and it was huge yellow spots and stains all over the towel. I had to bring that to the front desk, which I got new ones. This is why the rating was so low, not only that I did not get compensated for any of the trouble that we had went through.
