"Went there for him to take a real shower our house is not accessible and that didn't happen."

The breakfast was great, the room was ok.

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room but the shower water was not hot also the up and down adjustment was broken so you had to hold it to get water on yourself. This was very hard for my husband in the wheelchair.

"Decent, but will not be returning"

It was overall a nice hotel room. Large bathroom, comfy bed.

Had an entirely stressful day. By the time I got to the hotel I was sobbing. The staff was not very comforting for a Comfort Inn. Booked this hotel for the washer and dryer, couldn’t even use them due to the hours of operation (it’s silly the washer and dryer has closed hours of operation to be honest). And to make matters worse; the elevators were out, they had us on the 3rd floor, didn’t apologize and didn’t offer to help us get our bags up, when we were clearly stressed out.
