"It could have been a lot better, facility needs work."

The location near the interstate is great and the variety for breakfast was great.The surroundings for an early morning walk was quite pleasant.

Although the room my wife and I had was okay, my other family members had to be moved to another room after moving in because the toilet broke. The second room also had issues because the carpet near the air conditioner was quite wet and then the shower handle broke. The door near the pool never locked and the staff was told about it but nothing was done to fix the situation. The facility could use a much overdo upgrade.

"Great relaxing hotel "

Staying just for 1night after flight from the UK, 10 mins drive and a lovely hotel to relax. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is so clean everything feels great. Free coffee and cookies and breakfast included, will definitely do this again next year. 5 minutes drive from Publix and other stores so very convenient, also near the 192 for our journey onward to Kissimmee

"The facility needs to be updated and we had a hard time communicating with the staff."

This is the fifth time my wife and I have stayed at this facility in the last 4 years. The breakfast is always good with a nice food selection including hot foods. The woman who works the breakfast shift is very nice and we enjoy our conversations with her.

My wife and I traveled with other family members who had some issues with their room. They had to be moved from one room after settling in because the toilet innards rusted and broke. They were moved to another room and the floor got wet from the air conditioner unit and then the shower handle fell off. It seems that the facility needs to pay attention to the upkeep of the rooms.
