I can't remember his name, but the hotel manager was fantastic. He made the stay for my mother and I convenient. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Give that man a raise, immediately.

There were smudges on the walls and floor of the shower like it wasn’t clean properly. The door in the bathroom was peeling up from where water had gotten on it. The toilet never would flush all the way. The carpet in the room felt sticky like it needed a good cleaning. The bed was very hard, uncomfortable and felt worn out.

They are not snobby and they are very helpful

Great stay! Everything was great, from the room, clean, breakfast, parking, etc we will be back!

There was some sort or stand off in the hotel. The hotel was surrounded, but they were still doing business. It was crazy finally an officer said we should leave for a bit. The staff gave no information brought keys to our car and told us we could use the back stairs but go straight to our room. Idk it would have been nice to just be informed rather the dangerous situation was inside the hotel or outside on the property. The room was comfortable furniture was worn but overall it was good. Breakfast could have been better. More options and again staff be more helpful.
