Smoking Policy Smoking allowed in designated areas For non compliance $250 violation fee strictly enforced. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Please note that parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property. Front desk hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends(Sat & Sun); this property does not operate a 24‑hour front deskGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
