Historic Sonora Inn

The Lumberjack was cute, clean and perfect ! The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were confortable and quiet. A very good stay overall !

The location is great. It had both a historical charm with modern upgrades. The bed was really comfortable. The room was situated so it felt very roomy. The outdoor patios were nice. It was nice to have the option for a free breakfast, just dont expect too much, but also I'm not really complaining since it is free.

The main light in our room was very dim, we got more light from the beside lamp. It seemed like only half the outlets worked. And the walls were very thin.

Comfy bed, good breakfast. New sink and closet.

Mold on bathroom tile grout- aggravated allergies. Terrible road noise. Super loud air conditioner. Tiny room. Only two pillows per bed.

Customer service front desk was kind and caring to us.

Lots of stairs. We should have gotten a room on the 1st floor.

I was expecting this hotel to be more historical with photos and antiques even if they were incased

The price for the room itself was ridículas for the very little history that was given to the traveler also no parking have to park around the corner across the street and the nite check in guy was kind of lazy we asked him for a cart to carry luggage upstairs and he said not sure we're their at at so since it was 4 women and 3 of us over 50 u would think he'd offer to help us out we went looking for cart and we found it we started unpacking the car another front desk employee came thru and he immediately ran out to help us but we were no thanks we already got it this far he actually followed us up to room and waited for tip I said 8 can take cart back he said he would u said thank you and he continues to wait I asked him what he needed he put his hand out so I slapped high five he said oh no I was waiting for tip I said oh well how about getting up off ur phone and helping out some ladies next time there's ur tip....

Being downtown in a historic building

The road noise was terrible. Logging trucks came by and other semis. Small room with a paper thin dividing wall between the neighbor’s room. HVAC was mostly a windstorm with very little heat. The one window in the room could only be kept open by jamming the ice bucket under it. Staff didn’t clean our room. No place for suitcases except on the beds.
