I stayed at this property during an exceptional heatwave in Germany. I appreciated: * the good value for money; * the early check-in at 2:30 pm; * the cleanliness of the room; * the generous supply of high-quality towels; * the simple but enjoyable breakfast. The room generally matched the description in the listing, including the very steep internal staircase. Guests should be aware that this type of accommodation may not be suitable for elderly people or families with small children.

I was aware that the property did not have air conditioning, so that was not an issue in itself. However, during an exceptional heatwave with temperatures above 30°C, I believe a few simple measures could have made a significant difference to guests’ comfort. In particular: * the duplex room had only one fan, despite being spread over two levels; * the fan switched off automatically after about 120 minutes, making it difficult to stay comfortable throughout the night; * having two fans (one on each level) without an automatic timer would have greatly improved the experience; * the small windows had only very light curtains, allowing daylight to enter very early in the morning and affecting the quality of sleep. More effective blackout curtains or blinds would have been a simple but valuable improvement. Overall, the value for money was good, but the comfort was significantly compromised during very hot weather. With a few inexpensive improvements, particularly better ventilation and more effective blackout curtains, the guest experience could be greatly enhanced.

De afgesloten parkeergarage.

Ik heb extra betaald voor een kamer met 2 losse bedden of een extra bed. Vervolgens moet ik mijn bed delen met mijn twintig jarige zoon. Bied het dan niet aan... Ook geen airco of ventilator. De geur op de kamer was ook niet aangenaam. Verder lijkt het hotel in een soort achterbuurt te liggen.

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einfache, zweckmäßig ausgestattete, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage mit naher Anbindung an ÖPNV. Betten (Matratzen) gut geeignet für Menschen, die leicht Rückenschmerzen bekommen.

Die etwas unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption.
