Quality Inn & Suites

Everyone who worked at this location was so nice and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. The breakfast was good. They have hot coffee and tea 24 hours. I did not swim in the pool but it looked nice.

The carpet in the room just did not feel super clean. Visually it was okay. The bathroom was outdated.

Clean and tidy reception and room. Fairly quiet, particularly at night. One evening, there was a gathering of pickups taking turns trying doughnuts in the parking lot across the street (fresh snow) which was loud but amusing to watch. Access to all the big box stores and easy to get to uptown. Downtown was a 10 minute drive or so. Room was clean although there was some noticeable wear and deterioration on the headboard. Could replace the padded section there. I didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Reception person was a bit short but she was had shoveling and salting to do and was feeling a bit taxed, I think.

It was close to stores for shopping. The breakfast is delicious. Staff is always courteous and available if you have any questions.

Truckers outside smoking and drinking. Room very smelly, musty and extremely noisy from family above.
