The staff member when I was checking in was great! I had another family member joining the next night and when they checked in, this particular staff member was beyond rude. My autistic child tried saying hi and she literally put her head up at my child completely ignoring her. When the staff member was inquiring whether they had rewards or not, my family members were unsure which at that point she spun the card reader around and said, " if your not sure- let me my job". We were absolutely flabbergasted at this point- thinking it cannot get worse, it did. She put the other members that were joining us on the third floor- I was with my family on the second. In the reservation, which I made together, I requested that we be close if possible. She began searching through the system and found a room right next to ours. She asked for the key cards back, the family member handed them to her then she proceeded to literally---- literally throw the key cards over her head behind her onto the floor aggressively. I'll be honest- we are a family that finds entertainment in just about anything- but my kids were watching and did not understand why she threw them. We finished up with her and proceeded to the rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and were dirty under the sheets. Literally Goldfish, Cheerio's, and long brown/ black hair were scattered everywhere. The bathrooms were decent and stocked. The breakfast was typical for this kind of hotel, and they were quick to refill and clean the breakfast bar. We did not swim in the pool but from what we observed the water was very cloudy/ dark. There was a decent amount of people swimming though. The area has a lot of options for shopping and eating which is a perk to not have to go far. We plan to return to the area as we did not get to accomplish everything we wanted to do but we will likely not stay here again.

La ubicación, el hotel es comodo, y la atención muy buena. Muy bien desayuno, muy completo y variado.

Los pasillos del hotel tenian un olor muy feo y fuerte a perro mojado. Es posible que fuera porque haceptan mascotas ( por nieve ), entran mojadas al hotel.

The front deck person her name was Regan. The day I checked in she was very rude. After checking me in she threw my driver's license at me. I brought up a bag of trash and she told me to put it in the dumpster outside. I told her no and she got a chart and side I quess you can put it in her. Everyone else was nice. Especially the lady who was doing the breakfast. I really think I should get some of my money back.

Get ride of Regan. Very bad additude

The lady working the desk at night was super friendly. The breakfast was very good!

We couldn't stay longer!
