Very helpful and friendly staff. Safe area and clean rooms.

Booked room on Bonvoy app ( 15 year member). Received confirmation etc. Arrived to learn no room available ( no notice whatsoever), missed important business dinner waiting on a resolution. Finally left and was fortunate to find a room on my own. Efforts to resolve this with the hotel and Marriott completely unsuccessful. Disappointing to say the least. Marriott Bonvoy customer service? Useless. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Goodbye Marriott.

Clean and professional staff

No complementary coffee in front office

Spent three nights and room was not cleaned once although front desk staff told us rooms were cleaned every other day. Between no room cleaning and only paid breakfast, this stacks up as a just ok hotel.

The staff were very courteous and attentive.

All the staff members that we dealt with were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

It was nicely located to lots of places to eat and shop.

Everything was great! The only comment would be that the very small refrigerator didn’t get too cold.
