"Great Room Size, Close to Downtown but with Some Uncomfortable Issues"

The size of the room, the location was right there in downtown Dalton, the cleanliness and more.

The bed was uncomfortable, I woke up with my back hurting, the pillows were very flat and the tub is way too low to the ground, its too small and the bottom of the tub was curved, making it very hard to stand in.

The location was fantastic. Five minutes to our venue and plenty of food choices within a five minute drive as well.

There could’ve been more parking. It was tough finding a space at night

"Very nice staff and location, cleanliness needs some work."

Each staff member that I encountered was very nice and pleasant. Very accommodating.

The upkeep of the property as far as cleanliness. For example, in our room the carpet was stained and sticky. You definitely did not want to walk around without shoes. And the room had a very fowl, musky odor. We travel with aerosol Lysol, even with that, the scent was over powering. The other areas for like breakfast was clean, maybe a bit out dated but clean.
