This hotel was an absolute nightmare and one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. After leaving another hotel late at night because of sanitation issues, we checked into this property hoping to finally get some rest, but the situation here was even worse. When we woke up in the morning and entered the bathroom, we discovered multiple cockroaches of different sizes. The room smelled terrible, had visible stains, sticky surfaces, and felt extremely dirty and unsanitary. The hallways were also dirty and smelled bad. For almost $170 per night, this condition is completely unacceptable. The entire property feels neglected and poorly maintained. What is even more shocking is the rating of this hotel. We genuinely do not understand how this property has a rating above 8 on Booking.com. It feels completely misleading and does not reflect the real condition of the hotel at all. This raises serious questions about how such ratings are possible while guests are dealing with cockroaches, dirt, bad odors, and unsanitary conditions. The breakfast was also one of the worst we have experienced at any hotel. By the morning, we simply wanted to leave this hotel as quickly as possible. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.
