Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth-Bedford

Hotel was dirty and ran down rooms needed alot of wirk bedroom bathroom door stuck no clocks in rooms floors dirty lobby bathroom dirty outside doors dirty disappointed I stay at hiltons because they are usually top rate not this one

Best hotel in the city.. best staff, love the room and structure.. housekeeping is friendly.. my family was there too they have a great patio with grill facility

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. Mold and holes in the bathroom. Doors broken. Bugs in the cabinets. The staff was awful would not help with the others staying there. The smell of marijuana filled the whole place 24/7 broken crack pipe in the woman's bathroom by the pool the. The breakfast was the same nasty food every morning. And don't dare ask for clean towels that one happening I would give this place a negative 100

breakfast is good, the rooms met our expectations and hot showers are great

the noise from the freeway kept us awake nearly all night long

Smell of marijuana for 2 days and nothing done about it. Broken glass in bathroom by pool for 3 days, never cleaned up

Great location and Price. Need to improve pest control. Had to kill enormous cockroach in bathroom. I took picture and told the front desk when I checked out.

There were roaches crawling over the kitchen counter where we had set our food down. We went to management but the refused to do anything. We have documented photos and checked out.
