Buena ubicacion y el desayuno normal

La manera de tratar al huésped, cuando la falta de atención y comunicación por parte del personal en cuanto a valores al llevar mascotas, no se si fue la administradora quien de una manera retadora y grosera dijo que llamaría la policía, como si nosotros estuviéramos robando o huyendo para no pagar por nuestras mascotas. Le falta tacto y amabilidad ya que su negocio depende de nosotros los clientes.
