"Bør bli bedre på vedlikehold av rom og interiør, samt følge opp tilbakemeldinger/forespørsler kunden kommer med."

Fikk feil rom-type ved innsjekk. Booket og betalt for superior rom med balkong, fikk ikke dette. Etter «klaging» fikk vi rom med balkong, men møblene var veldig gamle, flekkete og ødelagt. Mangler også bord til sofagruppen, noe vi klagde på med fikk aldri tilbakemelding fra personalet som sa de skulle ordne det. Veldig slitt rom som gjorde at det føltes skittent og ekkelt.
