Adelaide Inn

Excellent location, close to restaurants & other shops. Nicest pet friendly room we have ever stayed in. Rooms are older but very clean, tidy and well maintained. Friendly staff.

Spacious room. Great location. Lovely staff. Amazing spa.

The inn was kinda empty yet we were right next door to another couple. The walls are thin and we could hear them arguing in the early early hours of the morning. These room also have interconnecting doors and they were constantly opening the door on their side & pushing on the door that opened into ours.

Location was great, our requests were met. Staff were outstanding

Our room was quite old and in need of an upgrade, however we requested something easy due to surgery. We did have everything we needed and staff were fantastic . Would stay again.

Rooms clean and value for money. Some street noise but didn't stop me getting a full nights sleep

Location was good. Bed was comfy. My daughter enjoyed the spa and pool.

Mainly the fact that the $100 hold you put on is still on hold 4 weeks later. I called and you said its a bank issue, but I have stayed at hotels before that have taken a hold and never has it taken this long for the money to be returned.

Location was excellent to our needs. Great hot water pressure and temperature.

Single bed too firm. No chair at desk. Needs a light inside the cupboard with tea and coffee

Fantastic location — close to cafés, shops, the CBD, and plenty of public transport options. Keep an eye out for the free 98A and 98C buses. Room: Older-style furnishings but comfortable overall. Boiling the kettle inside the armoire felt a bit unusual — not entirely sure it’s the safest setup. The mattress was quite firm, though the sheets were clean and there were plenty of blankets provided. Reception: I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he’d only been there for two months. He was incredibly apologetic about the short wait during a busy check‑in period and was extremely helpful with every request. Nothing was too much trouble. Truly a gem — thank you for the wonderful service. Sorry I didn’t get your name.
