"Hygiene and safety hazard."

Well decorated, charming, quiet and cheap. Also accommodating to foreigners.

The place smelled like cat piss. They have lots of cats who pee everywhere without them cleaning. The stench in the dormitory is unbearable. On my first night I felt like vomiting. The electricity is a safety hazard, the dormitory had a live fuse that would occasionally create smoke while we were sleeping which was super scary. The owners only solution was to switch it off. The dormitory is filled with items left behind by past visitors making the space cluttered.
