A huge breakfast range from Japanese to 'western', yogurt, fruit, eggs to order, coffee to order and staff warm and attentive! we had a great view across the city to the bay. Beds very comfy and rooms with blackout curtains. Staff checked on our grab-rides and made sure they picked us up where we waited. Its a short walk to the nearby mall. No request was too much trouble.

Cant think of a thing we didn't like!

Love their wagyu burger and the service is world class. DINING area is nice, not crowded and very clean. I hate coming to hotels with a crowded vibe and this one is spot on. Thank you Sheraton

Fabulous choices at breakfast! Very comfortable bed. Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Just a short walk down the street to Robinson's shopping mall.
