Beautiful old hotel with old world charm and service. Big comfortable bed in a spacious suite room. Spa was modern with friendly capable staff. Views are spectacular. Greatly appreciated the shuttle to downtown.

"Anniversary Trip "

The Crescent Hotel & Spa is beautiful and historic. It was an anniversary vacation for my wife & me. Very scenic, but it is challenging to negotiate the curves. (I couldn't have done it without GPS) It was worth the experience. The only problem was that the elevator was out of order, but we were on the 2nd floor.

What a lovely haunted hotel! It's a step back in time. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This was the first time staying at The Crescent and I will be making it one of my yearly vacations.

Information is unclear. Property texts every few hours - offers to answer any questions. I sent a question - it's been over a week and still no acknowledgement or answer. Services was not stellar. Only real convenience was the shuttle service.
