Sleep Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dells - Lake Delton

Will be staying there from now on !!!!

Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff was a nice young man very kind to us and also they gave us a coupon book for discounted prices on activities around Wisconsin Dells. The housekeeping guy was also very nice to us. The only issue I had with this hotel was it was not clean. We were on the 1st floor. We found hair on our beds and the bathtub had a film probably caused by soap & oils but it wasn’t cleaned well. If you bring small children I suggest you carry a beddings specifically for them (I always do when I travel with my babies). My friend was on the 2nd floor with her children and it smelt musty and cigarette smell from a far (it says it’s a non smoking property). They have a microwave and good size fridge which was an added plus. You have to order food off the property and have it delivered so no room service. Otherwise it was an okay stay. Would I go back? Probably no.

Great place to stay. Clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Nicely renovated. Clean pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast.

This is a great, reasonably priced place to stay while traveling. It’s quiet, very clean and the staff is welcoming. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was fine with the addition of Raisin Bran which is not usually included. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to the management for providing such a pleasant experience.

Great place to stay if going to a concert at Crystal Grand. Enjoyed our stay!

Kind of removed from most of the Dells attractions but perfect place if you are attending a concert at the Crystal Grand, which is what we did.

The property is recently renovated; rooms are in good condition. Breakfast was just ok (not much selection and the waffles tasted like the batter had soured; unfortunately that was one of the only hot food choices). The building is set up as 2 floors of single long hallways. Our room was basically in the middle so it was a little walk either way. The hallways smelled very strongly like mothballs which was off-putting but fortunately the room did not smell that way.

Room was spacious and pretty clean. Breakfast had some hot and cold options. The shower had no shelf to place your personal items like razor or soap. There was no soap in the shower only shampoo and conditioner containers. There was a bar of soap at the sink. Sink was small for 2 people to share with their toiletries.
