"Good"

This stay was a last minute overnight stay. There was no elevator, the stairs and hallways floor was dirty and had a bad odor. The ac was off in the room, it was 81 degrees. Since it was a last minute booking we had to make do. But I do not recommend.

We enjoyed the overall experience of the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom area was a little small but we enjoyed the water pressure of the shower. The glass wall of the shower was not very good about keeping the water in the shower and the shower head was too high for a short person to move it so the water would not get out. The breakfast area was nice. The options provided for breakfast were good. We would stay here again if we come back this way.

"They didn’t have a room; need refund"

They did not have a room available. I want a refund. I’ve tried to contact booking.com. After telling the night person I did book through a third party she finally found a room in the back on 2 nd floor but with previous broken foot I could not walk to room with luggage. Too many stairs and no one to help. I had to leave.
