This place is a gem! Yes the location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But, above all of that, it's the staff. We have encountered the best humans -- kind, helpful, going the extra mile to help us out -- at every turn. Shout out to a few of the magical souls who have helped us out along the way... Fatima, making a late night check in smooth and welcoming. Martha, sorting out our reservation extension this morning. Veronica, giving us a giant smile and warm welcome. Chef Catalina, creating an out-of-this-world breakfast sandwich And Maria C, tending the space with the warmest heart and smile. Yes, this is a corporate hotel. However, the people here make it feel like we're welcomed into their space.

Had a great time. Came down for the George straight concert. Check in with martha was easy. She even got me in early we will be back to see her! The rooms were clean and beds were unbelievably comfy. My wife has me looking into the mattresses. Breakfast was delicious. Veronica was really nice and let us order after she had closed. Thank you Veronica !
