Light flickering in bathroom and tap was loose

It was a good location, but not great. Towards the quieter end of town and not easy to find things open.

The service charges were exorbitant. To order food there were x2 separate service charges that added to around $12. So if you are ordering a drink for the bar suggest order 2 drinks to save some money. They also don’t have the right connections to charge USB-c phones. You can request an adapter from concierge but they will only let you leave your phone with them and they will charge it for you. You can’t take to your room so not very convenient. It was odd. I pleaded to take one as I had my young son in the room so they allowed me in the end. When checking I explained that I couldn’t charge my phone without the adapter and the person checking me out kindly said I could keep it. A day later I received an email from concierge accusing me of taking the adapter and noting if I didn’t return it soon would charge me $38. I explained what had occurred and was told it was fine. Then I got another email a few days after saying I should not have taken it and to return it or would charge me. Of course I returned it. But I thought it was quite petty. And I hope the kind check out staff didn’t get into any trouble.

Staff were very helpful and accommodated, The hotel was very clean and in a good location.

Abigail checked us in and out and was absolutely fantastic! So welcoming and polite and remembered us throughout our stay. Check in was extremely fast and we were allowed to check in in the morning which was super convenient. The room was large with a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The location is excellent.
