Quinta Ascension - Adults Only

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Everything about it blew our minds. The nature, landscaping, and the facilities were all beautiful. The staff were friendly and made our stay very comfortable.

The only thing that could have been better was the showerhead. We chatted with the owner and he made sure to make note of it, so we are sure it will be fixed very quickly.

Excelente lugar para escaparse el fin de semana. El lugar es bonito y el personal y dueño muy atento. Tuvimos un problema con el agua de la regadera. Se acabó el agua a medio baño. También era muy difícil mediar la temperatura de la regadera, o salía muy caliente o helada. Creo que un hotel Boutique de ese precio no puede tener esas fallas. El agua de la alberca también helada. Al inicio de la instancia nos comentaron que había late checkout hasta la 1, y si queríamos mas tiempo podíamos pagar para prolongar la estancia. Al querer prolongar la estancia un par de horas más, nos comentaron que ya no era posible porque esperaban a un grupo. Creo que no deben ofrecer cosas que no puedan cumplir. Al final la experiencia fue grata, sin embargo para que haya sido excepcional tienen que cuidar esos detalles.

Smoking area wasn't covered, which was a problem when it rained.
