Warm welcome, safe area, clean room. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location in a secure neighborhood

The hotel overall was ok. The room was very clean. The carpet in the halls are gross. Huge spots everywhere. It smells old. The pool was nice but seemed to have no exhaust. The breakfast was ok. Yhe waffles were good, but the selection of pastries, fruit and things of that nature was not very good. I really didn't appreciate Fox News being on the tv and no remote to mute or change the channel in the dining area. Outside was nice, clean and very well lit

Bed was nice. Good a/c. Nice lounge. Cold swimming pool should be open at 8 a.m. or 9 a.m., not 10 a.m. with 11 a.m. checkout. Coffee pot shouldn’t be in bathroom, fridge was dirty, walls had holes in bathroom, no shampoo, carpet dirty or stained, hot tub out of order, no eggs. Stayed Tue., Aug. 05 - Wed. Aug. 06

I checked in friday afternoon. Right off i notticed that the awning outside was crumbling and half ripped off. Got into the room and the tv didnt work. Someone came up and took about an hour to finally bring in a new tv. This room was for me and 1 other person it was their birthday so i decorated all romantic. Some baloons, rose petals and fake candles. The guy who brought the tv in saw me decorating and never said anything. Next morning some man who claimed to be house keeping just walking into the room while we was in bed. Never knocked or anything. The man stood there after seeing us and proceeded to tell us everything had to be cleaned before we left. Wich we planned on doing anyways. I had dropped my phone between the bed and the wall and when i moved the bed there was dirty panties and a bunch of trash. I called front desk and thwy said someone would come. Noone ever came. I checked out on sunday morning. We gathered all the decorations and bagged them and set by door. Its now 2 weeks later and i call to ask why i was never refunded my deposit. I was told there was a party in that room and thats against policy. I told them it was only 2 people not a party. He said we saw decorations and you are not allowed to do that. I told him we took everything down and bagged it all up. Nothing was even stuck to walls it was literally just hellium ballons, fake rose petals and fake candles. He said they are keeping deposit because decorations were brought in and thats not allowed

The front desk person decided to charge us a pet fee after we had been there almost 2 days and then tried to tell my husband he had asked me if we had pets and he said I told him no and the man never asked me if we had pets he was very rude and disrespectful

clean, staff was nice and food was good. I wish the pool was opened sooner and closed later.
