The bed, and pillows were very comfortable. The pool wasn’t very clean, and people were outside smoking and I didn’t feel comfortable being out there with my kids. The shower pressure was non existent lol, and our tv didn’t work the whole time we were here, overall I’m not hard to please and as long as I have a comfortable bed and good location and feel safe I’m good, and it gave me that.

"Great customer service."

The lady at the front desk has super customer service skills, she was very friendly and accommodating. I haven't seen this level of service since before COVID19. Her service will be the reason that I return when I visit Jackson. Thank you for the accommodations.

Customer service and it smelled so fresh, like the floors were freshly mopped everytime that I entered the lobby.

"NO HOT WATER! DONT STAY HERE!"

The location was good, right off the highway

The water to the shower was not hot, it wasn’t even warm. The front desk came to my room when I let the know what was going on. He lied to my face and said that the water was hot and all their rooms have that temperature. I left with 39 minutes and requested a refund for my 2 night stay. I didn’t use any of the amenities in the room. They refunded my deposit, but didn’t refund for either night. It has now been several weeks and I’m getting the runaround. I can’t reach booking.com and the manager at the hotel has stated that they have permission for release of funds to booking but she can’t get in touch with them via email or phone.
